Siding cleaning uses a soft-wash approach: the right cleaner, low pressure, and rinsing top down, because bare pressure-washing vinyl or Hardie forces water behind the cladding. Fascia and trim get hand-detailed last, so the lines that frame the house read crisp from the street. DO YOU PRESSURE-WASH SIDING?
We soft-wash it. High pressure drives water behind vinyl and fibre-cement and can void siding warranties. The cleaner does the work; the rinse is gentle.
IS THIS THE SAME AS YOUR GUTTER SERVICE?
They're complementary. Gutter services deal with the inside — debris, flow, downspouts, repairs. Exterior cleaning restores the outside face of the gutter, the part you actually see from the driveway. Book them together and we do both in one visit.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD THE EXTERIOR BE CLEANED?
Most Lower Mainland homes look their best on a once-a-year cycle, spring or fall. North-facing walls and homes under trees may want a second visit.
