ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT.

We want anyone to be able to find a roofer, read what we do, and get hold of us. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a working standard.

• Text and background colours are checked for contrast, and body text is never set on a busy image without a scrim behind it.
• Every page works by keyboard, and interactive controls show a visible focus outline.
• Images carry alternative text, and images that are purely decorative are hidden from screen readers rather than described pointlessly.
• Headings run in order so a screen reader can skim the page structure.
• Text reflows down to a 320px screen without horizontal scrolling.
• Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting, and no part of the site flashes.
• The phone number and quote button are reachable from every page without hunting.

We would rather list these than pretend they do not exist:

• The roof anatomy section and the service-area map are visual explanations. Each has a text equivalent nearby, but the animation itself conveys the idea best.
• The projects gallery scrolls sideways on desktop. It can be operated by keyboard and swipe, but a horizontal rail is inherently more awkward than a plain list.
• Our quote form is hosted by Jobber. Its accessibility is theirs, not ours. If it gives you trouble, call or email us and we will take the details that way instead.
